Requirements:
Bachelor degree
Should have 2+ years of experience in working on similar positions in the past
handling a team of 10+ FTEs
Very good command of spoken and written English
Broad experience in leading a multinational team
Strong people management skills
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent Customer Care skills
Experience in transition project
Knowledge about Service Desk and HR administration processes
Case management tool knowledge
Experience in operationally handling an inbound telephony system
Position Summary:
As part of our continued record growth, our company is adding a Software Engineer to our Technology Solutions team. As a key contributor to the team, you will be instrumental in delivering innovative, compelling, coherent user experiences for our consumer, internal operations and value chain constituents across a wide variety of enterprise applications through the creation of discrete business services and their supporting components.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience developing enterprise level systems on the .NET framework using C#
1+ years of experience developing web services
Strong working knowledge of Visual Studio 2013/2015
1+ Year Sitecore or other CMS experience
Strong working knowledge of modern object-oriented development techniques
Working understanding of enterprise architecture principals, patterns and practices
Working understanding of SQL and relation database design
Working understanding of unit test creation
Experience MS SQL Server preferred
Experience with MS IIS preferred
